At AndCo Consulting, independence forms the foundation of our beliefs and business model. We believe sourcing outside perspectives helps us act in our clients’ best interests, cultivate effective leadership, and improve the lives of our employees and communities.

As part of our ongoing commitment to incorporate diverse experiences and viewpoints, we are pleased to add our first Board Advisor, Patrice Tsague, on July 1, 2021.

Patrice has worked with AndCo since 2009. He has helped with strategic and succession planning and was instrumental in transitioning the firm from a family-owned and operated business to a 100% employee-owned and managed organization. Beyond his strong understanding of and familiarity with our firm, Patrice sits on and advises multiple boards of both private and public companies. He runs a non-profit organization and provides Executive level coaching around the world.

AndCo believes Patrice’s diverse experience, skillsets, and background will supplement and expand our organizational structure and leadership. We believe he will provide invaluable insight, guidance, and accountability to the AndCo Board, specifically our CEO.
