ORLANDO, Fla. (October 16, 2020) — AndCo, an independent, employee-owned institutional investment consulting firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Oleg Sydyak, CFA, FSA, EA as an Asset Liability Consultant. Oleg joins the firm with nearly 20 years of actuarial experience in the institutional investment arena.

Prior to joining AndCo, Oleg held the role of Managing Director, Head of Asset and Liability Strategy for PNC Capital Advisors in Chicago. He has also held significant positions at Towers Watson and Buck Consultants. Oleg will be responsible for enhancing AndCo’s asset liability capabilities to better serve its clients.

Mr. Sydyak’s extensive educational background includes three advanced degrees including a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School, where he graduated with high honors.  Oleg holds the Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA),  the Enrolled Actuary (EA) and the CFA charterholder designations.
