Along with a general program for all employees to contribute their ideas, we have also strategically partnered with The Elevation Foundation. Through this foundation we support Title 9 schools along with global entrepreneurship. ¹ The Elevation Scholars Program is a local 501.3c organization that provides high need, high achieving Orlando area high school students from underserved communities the information and support needed to secure admissions and graduation from a college that aligns with their academic abilities. AndCo provides charitable
contributions such as financial and volunteer opportunities to the Elevation Scholars program throughout the year. AndCo and Elevation Scholars are not affiliated entities.
