ORLANDO, Fla. (September 24, 2020) — AndCo, an independent, employee-owned institutional investment consulting firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael Kosoff and Dan Lomelino, CFA, as Senior Research Analysts.

Michael joins the firm with nearly 20 years of investment research experience. Prior to joining AndCo, he was the Senior Director of Investments at Artivest in the New York metropolitan area. He also performed hedge fund research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as at CTC Consulting. Dan brings over 20 years of experience in investment research. He previously served as a Senior Director – Head of Traditional Fixed Income Manager Research at Willis Towers Watson.  Prior to joining Willis, he held positions at Nuveen Asset Management and Northern Trust Global Investments.  Both Michael and Dan will be based in Orlando, FL and will bring their significant experience to an already deep and focused research team.

Mr. Lomelino received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School.  Mr. Kosoff received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California-Berkeley and his Master of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
