The Oklahoma Firefighters’ Pension and Retirement System (the System) is soliciting qualified proposals for an Open-End Private Infrastructure Equity strategy. The mandate size is approximately $90-$120 million.

Gwelda previously served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant with Callan Associates. Prior to joining Callan, she served as a Managing Consultant with Gray & Co. as well as early career development consulting positions at both LCG and Watson Wyatt. Gwelda will be based in Atlanta, GA and will work to expand the company’s growing presence across the country. She will service all plan types within the institutional space.

Ms. Swilley received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University and her Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University.
